Please arrive 20 minutes early if it is your first time here so that the appropriate paperwork can be filled out and so that you can receive as much of your session time on the table being massaged. People of all ages can be massaged. If a person is under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must be present in the room. For payment cash, check, and credit card (visa & mastercard) are accepted at this time. A charge of $35 will be added for non-sufficient funds. Payment is due at the end of the session.
Our time together is important. As is common in the massage and spa industry, I request that a client reschedule or cancel their appointment 24 hours before their scheduled session time or pay the missed appointment fee. Notice of cancellation/ reschedule less than 24 hrs from appointment start time, will be charged a fee for the first time of 50% of the full appointment value. This applies to gift certificates as well. Notice of cancellation/ reschedule less than 24 hrs from appointment start time after the first incident, will be charged the full appointment value.
Being On Time
Arriving 15-20 minutes before your appointment is essential in setting the tone for your massage. There is some paperwork to fill out, make sure to completely silence your cell phone, and use the restroom if need be. In order to uphold my professional standards of being 'on time', I cannot give additional time if a client arrives late. Also, if a client has a 90 min. massage scheduled and they are late, I will not do a 60 min. massage and charge for the 60 min. I will charge for the 90 min. that was originally scheduled. Full payment for the scheduled appointment is required even if the client is late. If for any reason I am late starting your appointment you will receive the full scheduled time. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist, other customers and yourself, please plan accordingly and be on time.

If I do not receive a phone call (yes it has to be a phone call or voicemail, not a text, email, or fb message) that a client is needing to cancel or reschedule their appointment and the client does not show for their scheduled appointment it is considered a no-show. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. Gift Certificates and massage deals will be voided.
